Go through the questions posted with tag MM (Materials Management), MM Purchasing, MM Inventory Management and MM Invoice Verification. When you manage to answer most of these questions given a couple of minutes each, then you are ready to attend interviews.
Probably most of the questions in SAP Community are not tough enough for senior positions, but it is a good start.
Cramming Q&A for interviews is not a wise approach, there is no guarantee that any of the questions that you read will be asked during an interview, it is better to focus on gaining knowledge and skills while you figure out solutions by yourself.
