SAP MDG Data import, create_cr method

Hello:

In my client, an MDG system is receiving suppliers data (Data import) from another SAP System (SLC) by web service. In the input interface the CREATE_CR method of the CL_MDG_BP_2_STAGING class is called to create a change request.

The problem is that sometimes the change request is not being created,but the system does not throw any error, no logs about it. This issue is random, occurs a few times every 100 records and does not follow a specific pattern. When we resend the record from the source system then it works, it creates the change request. Sometimes it works on the second or third try.

Any ideas?

thank you for your response. I checked it with SNOTE transacion code the and the note cannot be implemented in my system.

You should refer to SAP Note 2988033 -MDG-BP/C/S: Improvements for Web Service Inbound into Change Requests.

This note is recent and should be applicable to your system.
