We are struggling with this issue and haven't had a ton of help yet with support, so as I wait for their additional feedback I wanted to reach out to the community for help.
We are on SAP BOE 4.2 Support Pack 8 Patch 7
We upgraded from 4.2 Support Pack 7 Patch 8
We do not have any other issues with the upgrade. However, on the client machines that were once working, we are no longer able to use Lumira Desktop edition. We just get a generic "invalid CMS" error message.
Lumira is release 2.3 SP0. This is a windows environment, tomcat app server, and we did not have this issue prior to the upgrade so we know the machines are able to communicate. We have two environments, one with Lumira, one without. When I switch the connection to the one without, we get a full "No Lumira services installed...etc" so I'm pretty confident communication isn't the issue. Has anyone experienced anything similar and were able to fix with success?
