there is regular update for SAP S/4HANA Cloud during the delta training sessions and show&tell sessions. This week is actually SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2102 delta training and if I'm not mistaken the Two-tier update was done earlier this week. You can access the sign-up on this tweet from my colleagues on SAP PartnerEdge and sign-up using your partner ID on SAP Partner Portal. Note that all the sessions are recorded and posted after the event, so even if you missed it live, you can review the recording.
