Hello Talip,
During the first 30 days you will only pay the aforementioned cloud provider fee. After this period has expired, you will need to buy CAL subscription and product licenses.
In the blog shared by Joerg, you can see a "Solutions with SAP CAL Subscription" section, where you will find a link to SAP Store and the price for the subscription.
For the licenses, the price will depend on the solution you would like to use. You can take a look at this blog post - how-to-keep-an-expiring-trial-instance-in-sap-cloud-appliance-library for more details.

Hello Joerg;
For example I see 3.48 hourly charge for active hours and 95 USD for monthly.
Ithink this is cloud provider fee. How much do I pay to SAP as extra?

Hello Talip,
the first 30 days are free from an SAP perspective (at least for the CAL solutions that have a free trial period which are many).
During this time you only pay the hosting fees to the cloud provider directly (SAP is not involved in the billing process).
After 30 days you will need a CAL subscription in addition to the cloud provider hosting fees (that one you pay to SAP). A license for the used product (e.g. S/4HANA) is always needed.
See here for details:https://blogs.sap.com/2016/08/23/faq-solution-types-and-charging-model/
Best,
Joerg
