How to import TR in order of the sequence into the on - premise Instance

Dear Experts,

I have downloaded the Data files and Cofiles from the OS level from the landscape on cloud to on - premise server, what i need help is how to import the TR into the Instance on on - premise server in order of the sequence the functional consultants arranged it which TR show enter first. please i need help if anyone can assist on how best i should go about that.
