About SAP B1 8.81 SBO emailer

Hi all,

Our company is currently using 8.81 version of SAP B1 and MS exchange 2003 server for our email server.

I want to configure SAP system to make it able to send email to customer with attachment from SAP system itself.

However, It seems like it doesn't work..

Can anyone have a look these screenshot and where the configuration got wrong?
