Not able to set industry field as visible in segmentation

Dear experts,

I am having issued with field 'industry' in segmentation profile. Anyone else having the same problem?

I have many Accounts with field industry...but I am not able to set it to segmentation even though the field has been marked as 'visible as attribute':

The field does not appear in segmentation:

I wonder if this is a bug in mkt cloud...or am I missing something?!
