Control which user sees and has access to my Workflow app created via the SAP Cloud Portal

Let's say, for arguments sake, that I have created a very simple workflow with form (App) using SAP's Cloud Platform. I believe I know how to identify who completed the form and what workflow should follow, but, how can I ensure that this new app (let's call it a help request form) is only visible to certain SAP users within their Fiori Launchpad?.

I know that Fiori apps generally are controlled via Catalogues/Groups which I assume link to a business role, and users have certain business roles assigned to them, so what is the procedure to ensure this new App/Workflow is now visible by the correct select list of users within their Fiori launchpad page?.

Which service are you using?

The deprecated workflow only one or the new one who is providing things out of the box?

Saas - Software as a Service)

Hmmm. Not sure what you are referring to as a service, but withing the Cloud Pplatform, under Services, I choose Workflow->WEB IDE and then choose to create a new BPMN workflow which starts off with just a start and end node. Is that what you mean, or something else?.

If I were creating a straight UI5 app I could Register to the SAP Fiori LaunchPad. This is fine, does it get placed on everyones launchpad or just mine, and if everyones can they see/use it or is there some security which identifies whether the user can see/use this app. That issue is what I am having trouble understanding.
