How to clear ARUN_BDBS inconsistency (shows F status for an item even after delivery, PGI)

Hi Experts,

Below is the purchase order item, which was fully delivered.

Below are the item level changes

When we check this table, it is still shown as F status.

Please advise, how to clear this inconsistency.
