Hi Experts,

Below is the purchase order item, which was fully delivered.

Below are the item level changes

When we check this table, it is still shown as F status.

Please advise, how to clear this inconsistency.

SAP Managed Tags:
SAP Allocation and Rescheduling Optimization,
SAP Apparel and Footwear,
LE (Logistics Execution),
SD (Sales and Distribution),
SD Sales

Not sure in which version you are facing the issue. If it is S/4 Hana, have a look at OSS note 2569631
