SE16 KNA1

Hello everybody. I have a question. I use tcode SE16 =>KNA1. Next, sap say many fields so i choose some fields such as name and adress (This picture). And when I use kna1, this picture will appear. I want everything back to the way it was (choose some fields). Can you help me. Thank you so much.

The below screen shot should help you select the fields that you need for display in the initial screen in SE16

You can select Setting- Fields for Selection and select the fields that you need to display on the selection screen.
