SAC Sorting Break Grouping option unavailable

Hello,

I'm facing to issue with sorting that is well described here:

My problem is that I'm not able to check Break Grouping

I'm connected via live connection to SAP BW. For testing purposes I created simple table only with two dimensions and one measure. No Totals, no cross calculations, no hierarchies as written on this link:

These two dimensions are put to one group. I've tired separate groups too, but no effect and I think no sense either.

Can you please tell why can I not activate Break Grouping?

Hello,

Break grouping appears only when you have multiple dimensions in categories axis. This includes one field with ID and Description as well (As key and text were treated as two columns).

Break Grouping

Try with multiple dimensions or at least with dimensions with ID and Description in it. If you tired with multiple dimensions/ combination of ID & Dec, then I recommend creating a SAP incident. Live connection from BW sometime requires additional notes (based on BW version) and such incidents are better addressed in close coordination with SAP support.
