Learning sap fico

Hi

I have an experience of working as an end user in the accounting team using sap. I have about 1.5 years of work exp after completing my CA and want to get into IT industry as a sap consultant. How should I plan my road ahead?

Regards

Hi dibyajyothi.senguota

You have the right education background in accounting as well as work exp to make a career in SAP FICO. I would suggest to look at a learning journey for S/4HANA Finance as below:

Learning Journey: SAP S/4HANA Finance - Financial Accounting

You could also look at courses on the learning hub here:

SAP Learning Hub

There are also lot of courses on openSAP as well to start the learning journeyFree SAP Training | openSAP

The other part is to talk to your employer and see if you can get at least a display access for your system so that you could look at day to day end user issues as well.

Last but not the least, looking at the finance related posts in SAP Community is the best way to learn as well. Initially you may be just in a viewing capacity, but as you get hands on, you can also contributing to others issues and get a wider breadth of knowledge.

Thanks & Regards
