attachments not reaching to S4 system thru CIG

Hello Experts,

ASN and Order confirmation attachment issue in CIG.

We have enabled ASN and OC attachment rules in Ariba buyer network.

As a result, suppliers can add attachment for ASN and OC in their supplier network portal.

Same attachments are reaching into Ariba buyer network.

We want the attachment reaches the Backend but we don't know at which point the attachment appears.

We had a look at our Idoc and the attachment seem to be delivered.

So how can I make sure that the attachment which is send from supplier is visible in the backend?
