I could not see any details of Purchase Requisitions in my inbox. May I know the possible reasons?

Please check the following KBA:

2417771 - Purchase requisition details not displayed from My inbox. Error occurred. Return code 500

In addition to this the approving manager needs business roles SAP_BR_PURCHASER and SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE_PROCUREMENT to be able to view all the Purchase requisition details.

Hi All,

Just to point out the KBA discusses a code correction which is not relevant from a cloud perspective.

The main point to take from the KBA as a cloud customer is the missing roles SAP_BR_PURCHASER and

SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE_PROCUREMENT. The approver needs these roles assigned to be able to see the Purchase

Requisition details.
