Crystal Reports installation shows version 4.x did not install

Many issues with the installation. I am getting a fatal error during the setup process that stops the installation, also it is showing under the prerequisite the version 4.x of the program did not install. Any help is appreciated.

I purchased the full version. Do you have other thoughts?

If it shows under the prerequisite that 4.X is not installed then you are probably installing CR update, but not CR full build.
