Hello,

As per my knowledge, SSO will not work between C4C and Server Side Outlook for the very first login. i.e. for the first time when a user logs in to the outlook then they need to provide their credentials.

If you are using "office 365 OAuth" as mailbox access type (under Groupware Settings-->Organisation-->E-Mail configuration) then only once an end-user needs to grant their permission then system will authenticate automatically for the next logins until either the password has been updated for Outlook OR user has explicitly revoked the consent.
