Unable to close or cancel the Sales Order

Dear Team,

The actual issue is a user is not able to Update, Close, or Cancel the Sales Order.

We have checked the following solutions and SAP notes.
Checked SAP Note : 2225129 - "Internal error (-5002) occurred [Message 131-183]"

Removed all FMS attached to the Sales Order and checked.

Unchecked Transaction notification in General setting.

Stopped all connected add-Ons, but still having the same issue.

This error seems to be related to data corruption related to serial / batch allocation.

Have you seen this before ?

Is it reocurring often ?

We usually see this corruptions as result of incorrect add-on processing.

There is still a chance of application issue either SAP B1 itself, or DI/API issue.
