The client needs to modify some competencies of a form that has already been launched;when I review the competencies in Manage Job Profile Content;to see if we can edit them;Out of 5 competencies that the form has, only 2 are shown. From what I was able to analyze, some competencies were eliminated or they were not configured in all the corresponding languages, which means that they are not displayed in Manage Job Profile Content.
The only place where all the competencies are displayed is in the Performance Form XML that has already been released.(See print screen)
The specific question would be: can it be possible to edit the competencies from the XML of the launched form without generating some kind of error in the performance evaluation?

My recommendation is to apply the changes required in the competencies and relaunch the PM form. For more info on changes that can be made on launched forms, please review the KBA below:
