How to remove "Plan Date" on counter maintenance plan

Hello,

I am wanting to remove the "Plan Date" on a piece of equipment that is enrolled into the low usage program. The type of maintenance was made under a counter maintenance plan based off of usage. It populates a "Plan Date" but no "Early Date" or "Late Date". Is this possible? Thank you.
