Export to XLSX is missing

While the user use T-Code MB52 to list some material on inventory he can't Export to Excel , I gave the user the S_GUI authorization object with full activities but not solved.

any one can suggest any solution for this problem.

Edit:

I tried SA38 and maintain "SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN" to reset user’s export to excel settings and it solve the problem
