SAP BODataServices 4.2SP8 - Visual C++ runtime error

We are in progress of windows 10 migration. Prior deploying the software to multiple windows 10 machines, we are trying to install this software SAP BODataServices 4.2SP8 on one of our UAT machines. The installation is successful but when we launched the shortcut "Data Services Designer", getting "Visual C++ runtime error". We have tried below scenarios as well, issue still persist,
1. uninstalled all inbuilt VC++ runtime applications and re-installed
2. Device manager -> uninstalled the display adapter
3. Rebooted multiple times.

Any help is appreciated
