How to copy FROM C4C SAP Salescloud and paste into a powerpoint?

Our sales team utilizes C4C SAP Salescloud for sales purposes. We generate a number of reports in this system that we would like to be able to share in our powerpoint presentations to leadership. However, we are unable to use the copy and paste function available in other platforms, and when I have tried to use the Snipping tool it fails. I suspect that there must be protections in place that don't allow these tools to work. However, there must be a way to copy the reports and add them to external sources for the purpose of sharing. Can anyone assist?

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're new in asking questions here, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with https://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers (if you haven't already), as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members. For example, you can outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful), share screenshots of what you've seen/done, make sure you've applied the appropriate tags, and use a more descriptive subject line. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to assist you. You should also make sure you're using all the appropriate tags, so the right experts can find your question.

Should you wish, you can revise your question now by selecting Actions, then Edit.

Hello,

SNipping tools or snagit should be able to capture the report shown in SAP C4C. Nevertheless, If needed, you can also try another options of sharing report:

1. Sharing via email or pdf.

2. Downloading a png file using "Annotate" option. Provided Setting "Disable Annotation" is turned off.

Hi Saurabh, whenever we try to utilize the snipping tool or snagit tool it seems to be disabled by the program. Have you heard of this happening before? Is there a work around that would allow us to utilize the snipping tool?

Thank you,

That's wierd because I have been using snagit for almost 4 years now and captured a lot of clip from C4C reports and never faced such a issue.

Could be something related to your local machine or else please reach out to SAP support.
