ABAP Runtime error : SNAP_NO_NEW_ENTRY

Dear All,

I have cleared the SNAP short dumps from the last 7 days dumps in location ST22 -> Go to -> Reorganize, and also I have scheduled a Housekeeping job in SM36 transaction.

again I am getting this SNAP_NO_NEW_ENTRY runtime error

How to resolve the issue. Please help me. If you need more information please tell me.
