Cancelamento de Nota com lote

Bom dia!

Poderiam me ajudar preciso cancelar uma nota, porém ao cancelar da erro informando que preciso colocar o numero da série ou lote. E assim não consigo finalizar o cancelamento

If yes, please test it and include the test steps to reproduce the whole scenario from scratch.

It might be result of correct system behavior, it might be also a data corruption. We need more information in order to assess.
