Legal Scan Library - Help understanding placeholder functionality ("_" and #)

Hello,

I am new to SuccessFactors and I am trying to understand how the placeholders behave in the Legal Scan Library text.

It looks like we have "_" and #.

The KBA says that "_" will be replaced by the word that was flagged, but in our instance it doesn't look like that is working right now (it still shows the "_" in the legal scan pop up suggestion in both our test and production environments).

I can't find anything on the #. What does it do?
