Employee cannot see project tasks to enter hours worked

Hello,

In a project I have two employees (Javier and Virginia) assigned.

When they are going to add hours to this project, Javier doesn't show the project tasks (only the project header) in his timesheet but Virginia show the project tasks in her timesheet.

Why does Virginia see the project tasks and Javier only the project header?

I checked the start and end days of the tasks and they are active when they want to allocate the hours

    Dear Elisa,

    Thank you for contacting us via Community Forum.

    We have been testing this scenario in our internal test system, however, we were not able to reproduce this scenario from our side.

    It might be related to some specific configuration or even inconsistency in the backend.

    Hence, would you mind raising an incident to SAP in order to investigate this scenario further?
