Hybrid Mobile App Login in Offline Mode

Hi Team,

we are working on Hybrid Mobile App for Authentication using SAML Authentication mode for accessing the application in online but when we login in offline it is showing blank screen.

Scenario: when we open the app in online mode login into the app using user credentials able to access the data and if we close the app and in from recent tabs(History) also and go to offline and now if we open the app in offline mode getting blank screen directly not even getting the Login page to login to the App.

Any suggestions please help me out
