Retrieve Answer AI - Linked program skips asking questions

I'm new with the retrieve answers chatbot and want to know if there's a way to add a delay or "wait for user" into the chatbot. I've gotten it to work just fine in the test box in SAP, but when I implement it elsewhere it immediately triggers a % match of 0 and ends the program. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Austin,

The bot by default always waits for the user input before doing anything. So I am not sure what your problem is here. Could you add an example of your FAQ bot where it "immediately triggers"?

Thank you for responding. I created a "retrieve answer" bot that looks through a csv. My issue has come up when I try a 3rd party integration. The thing that has caught my attention is that when I initiate it, it immediately runs my FAQ built-in skill. I created a trigger that, depending on the reliability, would either ask the user to phrase the question in another way or answer the question. I have a specific trigger that if the reliability is below 40%, then it will message the user to try again. When I activate the ai elsewhere, it immediately responds with "try again" and shuts off the bot.
