How do we integrate scanners like HP Scanjet 7000N to store documents to m-files or SAP DMS?

I have below query need to be clear:-

  1. Does M-File allow for incoming files from a scanner. How can it be done
  2. Does SAP allow for incoming files to be received from a scanner and how it can be processed.

In M-Files, I don't know, please ask the question in M-Files forum.

In SAP ERP software:

  1. You scan manually your document -> file
  2. You upload/attach the file to a business object

I can't better answer your question because it's too general, please clarify it.
