Standard Process Instruction (PP-PI) Missing

Dear experts,

I'm new on PP-PI module. System is S/4 1909.I was sure to find some standard "Process Instructions" preconfigured in SAP. When i tested a creation of one Master Receipe, I realised that no entries were available.

So i checked in SPRO: Production Planning for Process Industries -> Process Management -> Process Instructions -> Define Process Instructions Categories (General) - trx O12C and in fact everything is blank for every Plant.

Also for Control Receipe Destination I have just one entry "01 - Default"

Do I have to activate some function or do some preliminary steps or is it normal and all entries have to be made manually?
