Web Intelligence Rich Client to csv format

Hi, I am using Web Intelligence Rich Client 4.2 SP8

There is a .wid that I want to save as csv file, and the column value I input in Rich Client is

="="+"\""+[var]+"\"", which I expect would be "=""var""" in csv file.

However, I got:

" =""var""" in csv, where there is a space before =. How can I take away the space? Thanks a lot!

This problem only occurs if you use = as the start of text in your formula, because BI also uses it for internal formulas. When you save it as a CSV file, it leads with spaces to distinguish it from = in the internal formula definition.

The only way to solve this is to put any character in front of = for example .=
