Data after 2020 is not visible in Report

Hi Experts,

We have SAP BO installed in our environment and we have integrated it with BMC remedy Universe.

We have found that we are not able to get data in SAB BO after 31st Dec 2020, there is no data from 2021.

When checked in Remedy we have the data available there but it is not reflecting in Report.

Kindly provide your experties in solviung the issue.

Hi Deepak,

You'll have to check multiple things in this scenario.

1. Reconfirm using a simple SQL query against the Remedy database that data exists for 2021.
2. Look at the predefined filters or filter applied in the report to see if there is any restriction which is causing 2021 data to be filtered out.
3. Look at the SQL generated by the query, to see if there is a filter on Year.
