Create Fiori extension using WebIDE personal Edition

Hi,

I tried to create a Fiori extension using SAP WebIDE. The Extensibility pane is showing blank. I don't see the application screen in extensibility pane. Is it possible to create extensions using SAP WebIDE personal Edition? If so, how to fix blank extensibility pane?
