Well, it obviously depends on so many many things. You might want to be more specific to get a more specific answer.

However, I would like to refer you to a repository and a good summary and overview about ABAP development, by keller.m: https://github.com/Keller-Michael/ABAP_starter

I think you get some ideas from there...
