when using import from excel and changing price list, import will error when the price is a zero value. is there a work around for this or am i doing something incorrectly?

5 HN 210 5 1 0 $
5 is the price list
HN 210 is the item code
5 is the reference price list
1 is the factor
0 is the price
$ is the currency
error shows
Invalid value "0" in row 1, column 5, for List Price
Row Number 1 : 1 failed
any value other than zero will import correctly. i can use .01 or .00001 for example. why is zero a problem?
