MDK Logon Application Authorization

Hello MDK- Expert Team,

after Login on devise (MDE- Android 8.xx ) get a screen ask for "Application Authorization". This is not the first login but this screen sometimes appear sometimes not but its not possible to press "authorize" or "deny". This button are not enabled. Only way to start this app delete and new install. Whats that and what is todo ? Manuell task on devise after rollout are not possible.

(addition: on ios buttons are enabled)

That screen is the Mobile Services OAuth Authorization screen. You can configure your application in Mobile Services to auto approve so that the screen will not be shown during onboarding.

In Mobile Services CF, go to your application > Security Tab and Edit the OAuth Settings and check the Auto Approve box.

In Mobile Service Neo, go to your application > Security Feature > Click Edit for the OAuth Client ID and check the Skip Consent Screen option.
