No feedback popup window in simple IT request on reject

Hello!

I have a problem with the feedback popup window.

It shows when I click the "Accept" button and don't show when I click the "Reject" button.

I want to change this vice versa.

Application "My Requests" from Fiori Tile Group "Focused Build - Service Requester"

Current incident status "Proposed Solution" [E0005]

After "Accept" app open feedback window

After "Reject" app change status only

Hi Dimitry,

please try doing the following:

Change the activity in /SALM/ITSM_SSRAC for the Reject button from PROC to REJE.

Where I can read about the list of these activities?

Because I have additional aims

1) I want to disable the window on "Accept" (I suppose it achieved by changing "CONF" to any other activity)

2) I want to enable "Withdrawn" on each status, but it active only on status "New", and have the similar setting for other statuses

Hi again,

CONF and REJE are used to determine if the Status is final, meaning the feedback popup will be shown. Any other Activity (WTDR) is just used to set the target status maintained in /SALM/ITSM_SSRAC. These are just technical IDs. You can try using different Button Types to change the appearance.

Please make sure to check the transaction's status profile. The status change from each status to Withdraw needs to be allowed in the profile
