How to find previous stock taking report

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to find previous stock taking report/data to keep on track how many stock (inventory) we put in or out from warehouse.

We knew we can create report before we reconcile the stock taking, but one of staff in our company accidently reconcile the stock before generate the report for it.

I tried to find it from previous journal entries, however I couldn't find a way to retrieve stock taking report from it.

Hi Phillip.

Are you looking for a way to capture the historic stock counting, or stock posting documents ? In any case - can't you just query the document - line table ?

I believe there is a way to find the document.

Hello,

If all else fails you can retrieve this movement with a query in table OINM. It records all stock movements. Explore and learn the table (view).
