Running Outstanding Checks as of previous date

In FCHN, to run outstanding checks, you have to click the checkbox for "outstanding checks" and execute.

However, in my case, I need outstanding checks as of 12/31/2020. Doing the above will not include checks voided or encashed in January (Which were outstanding in December). How can I include that parameter?
