IW41 without CO documents

Hi SCN,

While doing operation completion confirmation with TC IW41 I got a warning message related with CO documents.

The CO documents are missing, but I couldn't simulate the situation. Apparently is related with number range.

I need to know the message number to change the message type to 'E' error.

Thanks.

Regards,

Hi Maria,

You can cancel time confirmation with IW45 and next time watch out for the message class and number.

Paulo

Bom dia,

Well, maybe the issue has been solved by Controlling colleagues meanwhile and you were not notified, because it would definitely trigger a much bigger issue in CO for any kind of Activity allocation.

I would be very much surprised that this is just a warning message on the PM side.

I believe there is report (maybe a Z one from the OSS note) to get PM confirmations with failed CO documents for postprocessing. That report should be included into the Closing Cockpit to be monitored on a monthly basis.

Paulo

Maria João Paulo Rocha,

So, is there still an issue?

If so, then please post the full message text including message number.

Hello,

Thanks paulo.vitoriano, peter.atkin.

We already cancel the confirmation using IW45, but at 2º time the CO documents where created!

Also, we try to set the initial configuration...but no success.

All the team elements (CO/PM/BC) were gathered in test session at QAs.

I've seen the messages type RU/ F5, etc, but didn't find the w message raised at first time.

I don't have the message text nor message number - that's the problem!

Thanks.

Cumprimentos/Regards.
