ODQDATA table size not reduced with the cleanup report ODQ_CLEANUP

clean-job.jpgOur team has scheduled the job ODQ_CLEANUP_CLIENT_100 (Report ODQ_CLEANUP) daily at 01:23 to perform a cleanup of delta queues. The expectation was that the size of table ODQDATA and ODQTSNLOG were to be reduced per SAP note 2388483. However the size of the tables is unchanged after the cleanup job- see attached screenshot

Hi Moha,

Can you check if this applicable for your case?

The ODQ_CLEANUP job deletes only delta data which was successfully loaded and confirmed by ALL subscribers of the queue. Otherwise, there will be inconsistencies and missing data.

Hello Rajiv, Which authororization you mean? When you see the screenshot/Job log, the job runs succesfully but 0 data records are deleted from table ODQDATA. Thank you

The job doesn't delete any data of the table ODQDATA and ODQTSNLOG.
