Legacy Data transfer date for assets in S4 HANA system

Hi ,

I have following date for asset transfer date ie 29.02.2020 in Q system . I want to change it to 31.03.2020

and also legacy data transfer status as " in preparation " . How to change it ?

When I am trying to change the date the system is giving errors . I tried to delete the segment but again errors are coming .

Can anybody please let us know step by step how to make changes for transfer date and Legacy data transfer status .
