NO data(calculate) for Mean Actual Qty

Hi Experts,

I am testing a new product of Demand planning with SAP IBP, however, i did not find any data(calculate) for Mean Actual Qty and Standard Dev of Actuals Qty (Time Serie)
I checked key figures of ACTUALSQTY at WKPRODLOCCUST_2005, all data which including the SALESFORECASTQTY are registered from 2017 to 2020 as existing products, but Mean Acutal Qty was not calculated as well as attached.
