Translating a Group Header in Fiori added with Adapt UI

Has anybody tried to enhance a standard Fiori app by adding some custom fields in a newly created group and then wanted to translate that particular group name:

Also were can I find all of the existing translations (Tabs, Groups etc) for a standard Fiori App like: Manage Business Partner Data. I've looked at the catalog id which is ID:X-SAP-UI2-CATALOGPAGE:SAP_CMD_BC_BP_MAINT, but I could not find any reference of it in the SE63 transaction. I also tried searching in tables: WDY_CONF_USERT and WDY_CONFIG_COMPT with 0 results.

Probably I am looking in the wrong area. Can someone advice?
