Confirnmation in Awaiting Approval Status

dear SRM gurus

We are implementing SRM 4.0 and follow the classic scenarios.

We create PO in R/3 and do a Confirmation for PO in SRM.

Now when the Employee does the confirmation in the Check status of the SC it Shows Confirmation Awaiting Approval

Even though no approval is required and we have activated only the WFL

WS 10400010 Goods Receipt Workflow Without Approval

and no other work flow is activated.

More in confirmation option tab Display confirmation all the Confirmation are displayed in the Employees Id as Awating Approval.

can anyone throw light on this,

Hello

Please check the following transaction if you face this type of error.

1. SM58 tRFC - network error during WF run time

2. RZ20 - some error in backend

3. BBP_PD - check the ducument status

If you could not find the related error, please try this.

>1. SE38 Run BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED

>2. RZ20 check the entry

>3. Goto Web Application Monitor, re-submit

Without activating WF WS10000197 I get the following error message: Error when posting IDoc ... in system ... Do not know if that WF should be activated. Have found an OSS note about it but it's from year 2002.

Hello Johanna,

Which version is it ? I think the WS10000197 is old one. For Confirmation, following WS are available.

• WS10400002 One-Step Approval

• WS10400009 Two-Step Approval

• WS10400010 Workflow Without Approval

• WS10400020 Approval by Admin

Hi again,

Thank you... still having some problems though. I have tried to activate the four start conditions but the system then ends up with the IDoc problem. When I'm activting the WS10000197 I don't get the IDoc error mesage but that the WF is ambiguious. Wheird... Could it be some problems with my IDoc settings?
