Cancel Credit Memo on Rebate Agreement

I am struggling to find how to delete or cancel the rebate credit memo.

The status on the agreement is Open at the moment. I have manage to get the X on the credit memo however it has not put the accruals back for me raise the new credit memo.

I want to cancel the £8000 and i want raise another credit memo to the correct value. So the £1,803.88 needs to increase by £8000.

Please help and advise how this can be done.
