upgrade focus build from sp04 to sp06

Hi all,

We are on 7.2 SP09 / NW 740 SP20 & 200 SP04 to Solution Manager 7.2 SP11 and Focus Build 200 SP06

But I am not able to find any document or note that talks about the configuration steps for Focus build upgrade from SP 04 to SP06. Please advise.
