Quality info record status update issue

Hello All

I am trying to check the standard status update(QM_P_001) in Quality info record. Once you have entered the status profile in the quality info record for the supply relationship, the system automatically sets the initial status "Supply relationship created" but after every successful goods receipt there is no change in that status. Its kept as it is in the same status. With insp. Lot also showing zero instead of current inspection Lot.
