DSN - Email notification for ASN

Hello Team,

we noticed that on AN Buyer, section Administration --> Configuration --> Notifications, it is not present any possibility to configure the notification of a performed ASN. Notification configuration affect only these flow:

Order Service

Sheet Invoice

Duplicate Invoice

Invoice

Time Sheet

Request for Quotations

Quotes

RFQ failure Notifications

Purchase Requisition Request

Payment Remittance

Payment Remittance Status Updates

Catalog Service

Order Confirmation

Supplier

Supplier-Initiated Relationships

Network Service

Pending Queue

Supplier Payment Proposal Notification

Payment Proposal

ERP Direct Payment

Remittance Batch

Remittance Batch Errors

Payment Cash Limit

Certification Expiration Notifications

Certification Notifications

Other Notifications

here we cannot see the ASN notification. could you please confirm us if is not configurable any notification? or is possibile that some parameter can be inserted for enable the ASN notification under "Other Notifications"?

Hello Roberto,

We do not have option to configure ASN related notifications for buyers.

The standard workaround that our customers use: is to do it from SAP upon inbound delivery creation.

I checked influence portal if other customers are asking for this and found one request, you can take a look and advice your customer to vote on it or submit a similar request:
